U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Dwayne Foster directs an F/A-18E Super Hornet onto an aircraft catapult in the Indian Ocean, April 30, 2012. Foster is assigned to the air department aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson, which is deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility. The Hornet is assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 81.
