HSIN Release 3 Service Outage

The HSIN Release 3 environment is currently experiencing an issue with user authentication. HSIN users are not able to complete the login process. HSIN Connect (https://share.dhs.gov) and HSIN Jabber (https://chat.dhs.gov/JMWeb/) are currently functioning properly.

The HSIN O&M team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification when the issue has been resolved.
