FEMA Grants Outcomes (FEMA GO)

  March 7, 2023

Dear FEMA Stakeholders,

Is your organization registered yet in FEMA GO?

As a reminder, we strongly recommend registering your organization in the new FEMA GO system as soon as possible.

You must have an active System for Award Management (SAM.gov) account to apply for FEMA grant funding. The new FEMA GO system will automatically import certain information from an organization’s active SAM.gov record, including the organization’s legal name, mailing and physical address, EIN, UEI, and the Electronic Business Point of Contact (eBIZPOC).

The individual listed as the “Electronic Business” point of contact (eBizPOC) in SAM.gov is automatically recognized as the organization’s primary Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) in the new FEMA GO portal. The primary AOR can perform all functions in FEMA GO on behalf of an organization, as well as add additional users to an organization in FEMA GO.

How to login and register in FEMA GO:

 FEMA GO Help Desk

The FEMA GO Help Desk Support provides a direct point of contact for users experiencing technical issues with the system. The FEMA GO helpdesk is fully staffed, and hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. The Help Desk accepts phone call at 1-877-585-3242 and emails at femago@fema.dhs.gov.
