Onboarding season is around the corner
|

Are you ready to support FEMA?
Some questions to ask yourself to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming
hurricane season:
- Is your insurance current and up to date? Make sure your insurance is current and up to date. If you need to send an updated ACORD form, ask your insurance provider to send it to fema-transportation-programs@fema.dhs.gov
- Is your SAM registration up to date? Check SAM.gov to make sure your registration is active. Don't forget that registration with SAM is free.
- Do you have access to your LSCMS Web Tenders account? Make sure you have access to your account, you are automatically locked out after 35 days.

The LSCMS-C User Request Form has changed!
The new LSCMS-C Access Control Form has a new name as well as a new look. You can find it on our program website at http://www.fema.gov/transportation-programs.
For TSPs currently approved for the 2022 FEMA STOS Program year, you can add additional users at any time.

There will be changes to the onboarding process for the 2023 FEMA STOS Program year
In addition to the new LSCMS-C Access Control Form, we are adding the TSP Registration Form and changing how we collect proof of cargo insurance. Scope out our program website to get familiar with the process in preparation for onboarding season later this year!
