Emergency Management Institute Announces Change in Baggage/Luggage Stipend Reimbursement under Incidental Travel Expenses

Effective February 3, 2020, Baggage and Luggage fees will no longer be accepted or covered under stipend reimbursement for incidental travel.  This change in reimbursement practices is applicable to all students attending the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland. This advanced floodplain management course is a dynamic and interactive course covering placement of Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles in the Floodplain, National Flood Insurance Program Flood Insurance Principles for the Floodplain Manager, Higher Standards in Floodplain Management, and Hydrology and Hydraulics for the Floodplain Manager. Course Description:
