FEMA Mitigation Minute. FEMA Wants to Hear From You. This week, Hazard Mitigation Assistance will begin a month-long series of webinars to allow the public to comment on the development and implementation of Disaster Recovery Reform Act (DRRA) Section 1234: National Public Infrastructure Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Also known as Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), the section will fund public infrastructure projects that increase community resilience before a disaster.
