IMPORTANT ALERT: New Lockbox Address for Payments due to FEMA from Grant Recipients

As of January 9, 2019, FEMA’s Lockbox address has changed. Grant recipients who wish to pay by check can mail payments, along with relevant documents to the new lockbox locations below. Checks must not be mailed to offices or other locations.

For payments sent by regular mail, the address is:

For payments sent via courier (e.g. UPS, DHL, and FedEx), the address is:
U.S. Bank

(ACH) Individuals can log into their personal bank account and issue an electronic payment to FEMA.
• Log into your online bank account
• Select Bill Pay option
• Choose FEMA, and follow instructions on the screen.
