PILOT RECRUITMENT - NEW ONLINE MEDIATED COURSE
The National Fire Academy is recruiting students to pilot test its new online mediated course Introduction to Geographic Intelligence for Fire and Emergency Services. The course code is M0589.
This asynchronous online mediated course balances self-study components with interactions and discussions between the students and the instructor.
This 5-week course provides introductory level information about geographic intelligence and geographic information systems (GIS).
The course is scheduled for August 5 through September 8.

The U.S. Fire Administration recommends everyone should have a comprehensive home fire protection plan that includes smoke alarms, fire sprinklers, and practicing a fire escape plan.
