Incident Description: Firefighter Trainee Adams was participating in search and rescue training at the local fire academy. He became ill and momentarily lost consciousness. Displaying heart attack-like symptoms, he was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Firefighter Trainee Adams passed away at the hospital later that evening from a cause yet to be determined.
