Dear E-Verify Employer,

Did you know that employers enrolled to use E-Verify may request authorization to use the E-Verify logo on their websites and publications?

E-Verify is a registered trademark of the Department of Homeland Security. Visit the Trademark and Licensing page for more information and the email address to submit the Guidelines and Licensing Agreement.

Posting the logo will let everyone know that your company participates in E-Verify. 

 Who can request authorization to use the logo?

 

1. Employers enrolled in E-Verify
2. Business and trade associations and federal, state and local government agencies seeking to promote E-Verify
3. Media outlets whose purpose is to use the E-Verify logo to incorporate the E-Verify program into their media outreach
