USCIS Will Issue a Receipt Notice for Your I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

USCIS did not issue you a Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt notice for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, which you submitted online with Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). On or before the week of March 13, you will receive an email or text notification instructing you to sign into your USCIS online account. Once signed in, you can find a printable receipt notice. We will also send you a paper receipt notice by mail.

Even without this notice, you are authorized to work if you are a TPS beneficiary and your TPS country designation is still current. For more information, see the alert box at the top of the TPS webpage.
