Lockbox Filing Location Updates Webpage
We now have a Lockbox Filing Location Updates webpage that provides up-to-date information on lockbox filing location changes. You can always find the most current lockbox filing locations in the “Where to File” section of each form’s webpage and by contacting the USCIS Contact Center.
You can also subscribe to the “Forms Updates” GovDelivery distribution list to receive an email each time filing locations are updated. To subscribe, enter your email address on our Email Updates page, follow the prompts, and check the “Forms Updates” box. We will also announce each update through social media.
Background We are updating many lockbox filing locations to balance our incoming workloads and promote timely processing. Our lockbox filing location updates may also improve our internal processing of forms.
