E-VERIFY.GOV IS HERE
USCIS launched a new website, E-Verify.gov in April 2018. The website is the official one-stop resource for our electronic employment eligibility verification process and services. The newly branded site features a modern design and separate paths for employers and employees, easy-to-find resources, and much more.

USCIS released several new system enhancements to help users navigate E-Verify. These enhancements are designed to improve user experience, increase employer compliance and participation, and reduce onboarding time. SATISFACTION WITH E-VERIFY REMAINS HIGH
E-Verify is constantly improving to ensure that employers who use it receive excellent customer-focused service and the most accurate information. Results show that E-Verify users have confidence in the system, find it straightforward to use, and appreciate the level of customer service they receive when using E-Verify. Check out the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for a detailed report on customer satisfaction of employers currently enrolled in E-Verify.
TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS FOR SYRIA AND NEPAL
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Syria is designated through Sept. 30, 2019, and Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) are automatically extended through Sept. 27, 2018. TPS for Nepal will terminate June 24, 2019, and EADs are automatically extended through Dec. 21, 2018. For employer guidance, visit the I-9 Central TPS and Deferred Enforced Departure webpage.

HOW DO I PROVIDE PROOF OF MY PARTICIPATION/ENROLLMENT IN E-VERIFY?
E-Verify program administrators and corporate administrators can get proof of participation by printing a copy of their company nformation page.
Log into E-Verify.
From Company, select Edit Company Profile. E-Verify will display the company name, ID number, address, etc.
Print this page and use it as proof of enrollment in E-Verify.
CAN I COMPLETE SECTION 1 OF FORM I-9 FOR MY EMPLOYEE?
You may help an employee who needs assistance in completing Section 1 of Form I-9. However, you must also complete the Preparer and/or Translator Certification block. The employee must still sign the certification block in Section 1.
