1. The President signed a Proclamation titled "PATRIOT DAY 2026,
THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SEPTEMBER 11 TERRORIST ATTACKS."

2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
U.S. Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway
