Editor's note: The previous version incorrectly stated that a Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules aircrew from Air Station Kodiak located the survivor clinging on the capsized vessel at approximately 3 p.m. This version has been corrected to reflect that he was located sitting on top of the vessel at approximately 10:30 a.m.
