1. This message solicits interested members desiring assignment as a
Reserve Forces Advisor (RFA), as announced in reference (A). CG PSC-RPM-2
is soliciting interested members for the following RFA positions:

2. RFA Description of Duties: As outlined in reference (A), RFAs
report directly to their assigned Rating Force Master Chief (RFMC)
and are referred to as "RFMC-RFA." RFAs are the direct representative
of the Reserve Component (RC) to their assigned RFMC. Additional information
about their expected duties can be found in reference (A). Although the
RFA Position Title is rate specific, any Reserve Master Chief Petty Officer
may fill any RFA position.
3. Eligibility: Open to current Reserve Master Chief Petty Officers not in
receipt of AY26 orders. All Master Chief Petty Officers currently in a
pay grade mis-matched billet are highly encouraged to apply. Reserve Senior
Chief Petty Officers who appear on the 2025 Reserve Master Chief Advancement
Panel Results message, reference (D), are also eligible to apply.
4. RFA assignments are three years and have a report date of 01 January 2027.
5. Application Process: Members shall submit an e-resume in Direct Access (DA)
with all the RFA position numbers found in paragraph 1 of this message, with
Command Endorsement, no later than 20 September 2026. Command endorsement must
be provided by an O-6 (or higher) and must certify the applicant is fully
qualified in accordance with references (A), (B) and (C) to assume the duties
of a RFA.
6. Assignment Officer: YNCM Jessica L. Barbay through 21 September 2026. YNCM
