Coast Guard sets port heavy weather condition Whiskey for all commercial ports throughout Hawaii County and Maui County

HONOLULU — The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Honolulu set port heavy weather condition Whiskey for commercial harbors of Maui County and Hawaii County effective at 8 a.m., Wednesday, due to the expectation of gale force winds that may arrive within 72 hours.
