1. At the direction of the President of the United States,
the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-mast
immediately through 1800 on Saturday, 18 July 2026 to honor
the memory of Senator Lindsey Graham.
2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
U.S. Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
