1. Mariners should expect to experience intermittent delays at Norrell Lock (No. 1) MM 10.3 ARK July 13, 2026 - July 17, 2026, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The intermittent delays are required to facilitate work on the hydraulic system.
