A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3B
1. At the direction of the President of the United States in honor
of Peace Officers Memorial Day, the flag of the United States shall
be flown at half-staff on Friday, May 15, 2026.
2. The flag shall be flown at half-staff on all Department of War
buildings, grounds, and naval vessels throughout the United States
and abroad.
3. Internet release is authorized.
