Note 1: These TABs are open to enlisted E-7 and above and officers
who will compete in the same candidate pool. Reference a forthcoming
OPM solicitation in upcoming ALCGPSC for complete eligibility
requirements.
Note 2: Member selection is conducted by OPM. Upon graduation
from EMDP2, the member will apply to USUHS and if accepted will
access to officer and continue at USUHS SOM. If not accepted, they
will return to the fleet to their previous rate/rank.
Note 3: The panel will fill these TABS by enlisted members first.
If there are insufficient enlisted applicants, the selection panel
may select officers. This is a commissioning program for enlisted
selectees.
Note 4: Civilian employees within CG-LPD are eligible to apply
for this program and will compete with the officer candidate pool.
Note 5: The panel will make two selections from the officer candidate
pool and two from talent acquisition sources.
Note 6: This is a commissioning program for the enlisted workforce.
OPM and COMDT (CG-CMO-1) will send program details and application
deadlines SEPCOR.

3. OPM-1 will publish a comprehensive PG Shopping List for TABs
designated for officers or that will result in a commission.
Enlisted candidates interested in the CGA Instructor, Law, Physician
Associate and EMDP2 programs should follow OPM-1 guidance and
deadlines. Members can find this Excel document on the OPM-1 PG/Adv Ed
SharePoint site:
(Copy and Paste URL Below into Browser)

EPM-1 will publish a separate kickoff message for enlisted programs
at a later date. Programs will not release individual
solicitation messages, with few exceptions such as Law, IPAP, and
OLMSTED. PSC-OPM will release the SEFP solicitation ALCOAST.
The information typically found in the solicitation messages is
included in the PG Shopping List Excel document.
4. Per REF (B), candidates will incur a service obligation in
addition to any previously obligated service.

7. Out Year Expectations: Fiscal stewardship and optimized degree-
planning by respective program managers is essential to maximizing
the number of advanced education TABs we can offer each year.
FORCECOM continues to work with program managers to identify
authorized schools and keep tuition within annual caps to minimize
student out of pocket expenses and maximize the number of TABs we
are able to provide while accounting for inflationary price
increases.
8. PSC will not resolicit Programs with insufficient candidate
pools. FORCECOM can approve the reallocation of TAB(s) to other
programs in the event of a shortage of viable candidates. The
reallocation will take place in accordance with the priorities
already established by TAB panel members.
9. Direct questions to Mr. Stephen R. Keck, Chief, Career
Investment Division.
10. Ms. Jennifer Sinclair, Director, Force Readiness
Command (FC-C), sends.
