PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Coast Guard East District External Affairs Office has updated its contact information for the Portsmouth and Baltimore offices effective immediately. For public affairs support: - Contact the Portsmouth office at 757-650-1499 - Contact the Baltimore office at 410-536-3965 For media inquiries and after-hours requests, contact EastDistrictPublicAffairs@uscg.mil.
