SUBJ: PY26 IDPL REAR ADMIRAL (LOWER HALF) SELECTION BOARD RESULTS
1. Pursuant to the authority of 14 U.S.C. Section 3740 and subject
to the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of
the President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 12 August 2025, and reconvened on
13 November 2025, recommending two officers on the Inactive Duty
Promotion List (IDPL) for promotion to the grade of Rear Admiral
(lower half). The PY26 IDPL RDML Selection Board considered all
officers who met the minimum time in grade to be eligible for
promotion in accordance with 14 U.S.C. Section 3742. The officers
selected are listed below in precedence order:
