SELECTION BOARD RESULTS
1. Pursuant to the authority of 14 U.S.C. § 2121 and subject to the
advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of the
President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 28 October 2025 recommending an officer
on the active duty promotion list (ADPL) for promotion to the grade
of Rear Admiral (lower half). The officer selected is listed below.

2. The PY26 RDML Selection Board considered all officers who met the
minimum time in grade to be eligible for promotion in accordance
with 14 U.S.C. Section 2113. 14 U.S.C. Section 2116 does not
authorize In-Zone reordering of officers selected to the grade of
Rear Admiral (lower half).
