1. In accordance with reference (A), Commander, Coast Guard Personnel Service
Center approved the report of the Reserve Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL)
Screening Panel convened on 9 December 2025.
2. The following members, listed alphabetically by last name, were recommended
for assignment to Reserve Gold Badge CSEL positions during AY26:

4. Successful screening does not guarantee a Gold or Silver Badge assignment.
The needs of the Service will guide assignments and selectees released from
rate will be assigned in accordance with references (C) and (D) where their
experience best serves the Coast Guard.
5. Any subsequent updates to candidate eligibility or the AY26 Reserve
Gold/Silver Badge shopping list will be emailed directly to those members
who successfully screened.
