SUBJ: PY26 RCM COMMANDER SELECTION BOARD RESULTS
1. The Secretary, acting for the President, has approved the report of the
Reserve Component Manager (RCM) Commander Selection Board which convened on
21 July 2025, that recommended the following named officers for promotion
to the grade of commander. Officers selected are listed below in precedence
order:
