1. This message announces the results of the PY26 RCM Permanent Designation
Board that was previously announced in reference (A).
2. The Commandant approved the report of the Board, convened on 28 October
2025, which recommended the following officers of the Coast Guard Reserve
serving as provisional RCMs for designation as permanent RCMs. Officers
selected are listed below in precedence order.
