1. The October 2025 RSWE announced in reference (A) and postponed in
reference (B) will be administered on 10JAN2026.
2. Advancement Cycle Timelines:
a. CG Pay & Personnel Center (ADV): OOA 30JAN2026: Compute final
multiple & profile letters posted in DA.
b. CG Personnel Services Center – Reserve Personnel Management:
OOA 13FEB2026: publishes RSWE Advancement Eligibility List.
c. Advancements from the 2025 RSWE will occur on the Enlisted Reserve
Advancement Announcement (ERAA) the following month after the
eligibility list is posted.
3. PPC (ADV) is the single POC for all RSWE inquiries. They can be
reached by email at PPC-DG-CustomerCare@uscg.mil.
4. CAPT T. E. Fryar, Chief, CG PSC-RPM, sends.
