HOUSTON – Coast Guard Capt. Christopher Cumberland, Commander of Coast Guard Forces Rio Grande, will be available for interviews Thursday regarding Operation River Wall. Following the interviews, media will have the opportunity to ride along with a Coast Guard crew on the Rio Grande.
