SUBJ: QUALIFIED RECYCLING PROGRAM ANNUAL REPORT DUE
A. Qualified Recycling Program (QRP), COMDTINST 5090.18
1. All units with an authorized QRP, per REF (A), must submit a
completed annual report detailing the unit's financial proceeds
received from the sale of recyclable materials NLT 31 October of
each year. Reports are required even if the unit did not conduct
any sales.
2. Annual reports must be submitted through the QRP application
located at:

4. Units that cannot comply with the reporting requirement by
31 October must notify COMDT (CG-SHORE-V) before 31 October and
provide a revised timeframe for meeting the reporting requirements.
COMDT (CG-SHORE-V) may authorize reasonable requests for extensions.
5. COMDT (CG-SHORE-V) will revoke QRP authorizations for units who
fail to submit the annual report form.
