Coast Guard to establish temporary safety zone for exercise in Upper New York Bay

NEW YORK — The Coast Guard is scheduled to establish a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of the Upper New York Bay in the vicinity of Ellis Island and Liberty Island, New Jersey, Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to noon.
