INTERVENTIONS: CYBER CRITICAL SKILLS RETENTION BONUS (CSRB)

1. This ALCOAST announces an update to the FY26 MWPT enlisted and
officer monetary cyber-related bonus amounts in the FY2026 MWPT
Intentions Table, authorized in REF (B). These changes are
effective immediately and will remain in effect through 30 SEP 2026.
2. The following cyber bonus adjustments are authorized: 
     a. Officer: Cyberspace OSC for CWO, and O3, O4 CSRB are reduced
from $25,000 to $20,000. 
     b. Enlisted: CYBOPS 3 CSRB is increased from $90,000 to $120,000.
3. All other eligibility criteria, obligated service requirements,
and administrative procedures outlined in REF (B) remain unchanged
for these cyber bonuses.
4. These updated bonus amounts are reflected in the FY2026 MWPT
Intervention Table available on COMDT (CG-WMM-2)'s Military Bonus &
Incentive Programs SharePoint page at:
