   Reserve Recommendation for Monetary and Non-Monetary Interventions of
   31 Jul 2025
1. This message announces the continued suspension of the R-HYT policy
described in Chapter 10 of reference (A). In accordance with
reference (B), R-HYT is suspended through 2028.
2. The MWPT will continuously evaluate the health of the reserve enlisted
workforce and assess the need to execute R-HYT beyond 2028. If required,
resumption of the R-HYT policy will be announced via future ALCGPSC or
ALCOAST messaging.
3. Questions regarding the R-HYT process may be sent to the RPM-1 Boards
and Panels section: HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM1-BoardsPanels@uscg.mil.
