1. By order of the Commandant and IAW REF (A), the National Ensign
shall be flown at half mast from sunrise until sunset on
18 August 2025, in honor of RADM Robert L. Johanson, USCG (retired).
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half mast on all
Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. As announced in REF (B), RADM Johanson passed away Friday,
04 February 2025, in Severna Park, Maryland, at the age of 91.

4. RADM Johanson will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery
(ANC) in Arlington, VA, on 18 August 2025 at 1100.
