SUBJ: AUXILIARY LANGUAGE INTERPRETER SUPPORT
A. Auxiliary Manual, COMDTINST 16790.1G
1. In accordance with REF (A), Auxiliary language interpreters are
authorized to provide their services to Coast Guard units as
requested. This includes real-time remote support or in-person
deployment for operational and emergency translation or
interpretation needs.
2. A cadre of volunteer Auxiliary language interpreters is available
and ready to provide such support in over fifty languages. Connect

3. To request Auxiliary Language Interpreter support, email your
request to the shared inbox: interpretermissions@cgauxnet.us.
