SUBJ: RESERVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ROADSHOW ASSIGNMENT
YEAR 2026 (AY26) SOLICITATION
1. The Reserve Personnel Management (RPM) Division is soliciting
units interested in receiving RPM's Assignments and Career
Development Presentation for Assignment Year 2026.
2. Due to the change in the Assignment timelines and limited FY25 budget
RPM-2 Assignment Officers are available to deliver virtual presentations
between 15 August 2025 through 31 October 2025.
3. Commands desiring an RPM presentation must submit an email request
with the subject line "AY26 Roadshow” to Jessica.C.Colombo@uscg.mil no
later than 01 August 25. Requests should include the following
information:
   a. Command point of contact (POC).
   b. Names of units expected to attend (if submitting a
      consolidated request).
   c. Estimated number of participants.
   d. Preferred and alternate dates for presentation.
4. Presentations will cover a vast array of topics: officer
and enlisted assignments, iPerms record maintenance, transfer
requests, career progression, FLEXPAL update, Reasonable Commuting
Distance, High Year Tenure, and Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor
requirements. The presentations will cover information that benefits
all Reserve personnel. We encourage all interested commands to submit
a request.
5. For units unable to receive an onsite Roadshow presentation, and
have the capability, RPM-2 can coordinate unit-wide webinars.
Unit POCs and LT Colombo will determine which communications
medium is most appropriate.
