1. As announced in reference (A), the convening dates for the
Promotion Year 2026 (PY26) IDPL RDML Selection Board, PY26 IDPL CAPT
Retention Board, and PY26 RCM CAPT Continuation Board that were previously
scheduled for 8-11 July 2025 per references (B) through (G) will now take
place during the week of 11-15 August 2025.
2. All other provisions and guidance previously announced in references
(C) through (G) remains the same.
