1. REF (A) announced the rescission of the United States Coast Guard
(USCG) Civil Rights Awards solicitations in REFs (B) and (C) to
allow for a review of the program requirements in REF (D) and ensure
alignment with REFs (E) through (H).
2. The programmatic review of the Civil Rights Awards Program is
complete, and REF (D) has been updated to reflect the resulting
changes. The Coast Guard remains committed to recognizing and
celebrating the outstanding contributions of our personnel. Award
programs are a powerful way to reinforce our core values, boost
morale, and highlight the dedication and professionalism of our

3. Each award within the Coast Guard Civil Rights Awards Program and
its associated details, including background, eligibility criteria,
