1. This ALCOAST announces the cancellation of Coast Guard Recruiting
COMDTINST 1100.2H and version replacement with COMDTINST 1100.2I.
Changes align to recent Executive Orders with minor experience and
education degree changes for the Direct Commission Cyber Officer
Program. See Table on page 7-13.
2. S+ Superspeed is an expedited publication process for CG
Commandant Instructions. Questions regarding this process may be
