1. This message provides clarifying guidance to reference (A) for Reserve
officers.
2. In accordance with references (B) and (C), OERs shall not comment on
civilian employment.
3. Skills and competencies attained through civilian employment that members
wish to document in their official Coast Guard Military Human Resource Record
(CGMHRR) may be captured on the CG-4082. Such entries must have a Coast Guard
nexus. Information on the CG-4082 may be found on the following CG PSC-OPM-4
