1. In accordance with references (A) through (C), the IDPL Lieutenant
(junior grade) Selection Board convenes on 2 June 2025 to recommend
eligible officers for selection for promotion to the rank of lieutenant
(junior grade). The following officers, listed alphabetically by last name,

2. Selection Boards are given a complete roster of eligible candidates.
Above and in-zone officers are integrated so the status of each candidate
is not discernible. The opportunity of selection (OOS) for candidates is
100 percent. All Ensigns listed above are eligible for consideration due
to their ADPL running mate going in-zone as a candidate on the PY25 June
ADPL LTJG Selection Board.
3. Officers desiring to submit communications to the Board must follow the
guidelines provided in paragraph Article 3.A.4.f of reference (C) and 10.d
of reference (D). Communications shall be sent via email as a command-endorsed,
electronically signed memo to HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-BOARDSPANELS@uscg.mil to
arrive no later than the day before the Board convenes. Early submission
of communications to the Board is required to allow adequate time for
correction should a submission contain unauthorized content.
4. All officers should review reference (E) regarding OER policy and
guidance.
5. Rating chains and administrative reviewers must expedite submission of
OERs to ensure eligible officers have up-to-date records on file before
the Board convenes.
6. All officers being considered are encouraged to review their official
Coast Guard Military Human Resource Record (CGMHRR). For information on
viewing your CGMHRR via iPERMS, please visit the CG PSC-BOPS-mr website:
