SUBJ: FY25 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RESULTS

1. I am pleased to announce the selectees for the FY25 New Leader,
Executive Leader, and Excellence in Government Fellows Programs.
2. The Excellence in Government Fellows program primary and
alternate selectees were chosen by a panel which convened on
26 Mar 2025. Panel membership details can be found in paragraph 6:
a. Primary:
(1) CDR Amanda Fahrig, COMDT (CG-761)
b. Alternate:
(1) Ms. Delphine Woltz, COMDT (CG-9333)
3. The following applicants applied for and were placed into the
New Leader Program:
a. Primary List:
(1) Ms. Heather Schmelter, CG ALC
(2) Ms. Jazmin DeLilly, COMDT (CG-DCO-52)
(3) Ms. Sara Florini, CG NPFC
4. The following applicants applied for and were placed into the
Executive Leader Program:
a. Primary List:
(1) Mr. Miguel Beltre, COMDT (CG-9334)
(2) Mr. Ednan Barbosa, CG Base Borinquen
5. If the primary candidate for the Excellence in Government Fellows
program declines, the alternate will be offered the position.
Because the number of applicants for both the New Leader and
Executive Leader programs matched the available training quotas,
all applicants were accepted. There were no applicants for the
Aspiring Leader Program and the Executive Potential Program.
I commend and congratulate everyone who applied for these leadership
development opportunities.
