3. Interested Reserve Captains, Commander or selects should submit an e-resume in
Direct Access by COB 29 April 2025. Members applying should anticipate a report date
of 01 October 2025, if selected. E-resumes shall include a command endorsement
addressing backfill requirements and acceptability of a potential gap. If in
receipt of AY25 orders, the endorsement must come from the receiving command.
4. This assignment is standard tour lengths as described in REF A.
