SUBJ: 2024 WANDA ALLEN-YEAROUT OMBUDSMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD RECIPIENT
1. This ALCOAST announces Mrs. Morgan Holden, Ombudsman for
District Seventeen staff, is the recipient of the 2024 Wanda Allen-
Yearout Ombudsman of the Year Award.
2. Mrs. Holden is deeply committed to supporting CG members and
their families. She provided in-depth, online family briefs to over
70 incoming families, with over 100 hours dedicated to informative
content regarding critical topics such as housing, schools, daycare,
and support services. Mrs. Holden's flexibility and creativity were
imperative to the many lodging alternatives she identified for 16
families unable to return home after the 2024 Glacial Outburst
Flood, when it was discovered that local lodging was extremely
limited and pet prohibitive.

special recognition for their particularly noteworthy
accomplishments:
a. District One, Mrs. Alexandra Rockwell, Sector Field Office
