1. This message announces a re-solicitation for the CY2024
Excellence in Customer Service Awards. The nomination deadline
has now been extended to 30 April 2025. Please see REF (A) for
specific details on nomination eligibility criteria.
2. For more information about this award, please seek guidance
in REF (B).
3. NOMINATION GUIDELINES:
    a. Although both Operational and Mission Support units may
initiate a nomination, customers from primarily Operational units
are highly encouraged to submit nomination packages. To encourage
these submissions, Operational units may submit nominations without
flag approval. Mission Support units are required to submit
nominations by routing a nomination memorandum through the first
flag or Senior Executive in their chain of command for approval.
    b. Draft your memorandum, including a Summary of Actions and
Impacts, in accordance with the memorandum template, which can be
found here:

    c. Approved memorandums should be submitted NLT 1700 EST on
30 APR 2025 to the Mission Support Integration Office (DCMS-5) to
link above.
