SUBJ: S+ PUBLICATION - UPDATE TO HEALTH SERVICES CHANGE REQUESTS
A. Health Services Change Requests, COMDTINST 6000.12
B. Health Services Change Requests, COMDTINST 6000.12A
1. This ALCOAST announces the cancellation of REF (A) and replaced
with REF (B).
2. The following language is added to Paragraph 14.a.:
"These requests should be considered a business case
analysis. Specific / additional data elements required for health
services change request will be added in adjacent policies where
more information is needed to make an informed decision."
3. The following language is added to Paragraph 14.c.:
"The health services change request shall be submitted via a
memorandum to CG-1K thru CG-1K22".
4. S+ Superspeed is an expedited publication process for
CG Commandant Instructions. Questions regarding this process may be
referred to COMDT (CG-612): HQS-SMB-Directives@uscg.mil.
5. POC: Mr. John Allen, COMDT (CG-1K22) at: John.G.Allen@uscg.mil.
6. RADM Paul I. Jung, Assistant Commandant for Health, Safety,
and Work-Life (CG-1K), sends.
