1. This ALCOAST announces the promulgation of REF (A) and the
cancellation of REF (B).
2. This update streamlines Command Center operations and management
and enhances efficiency by:
    a. Removing redundant policy and unnecessary content for greater
clarity and ease of use;
    b. Relocation of Performance Qualification Standards to the
COMDT (CG-741) SharePoint Online site, providing a centralized and
responsive platform;
    c. Reducing administrative burdens, enabling Command Center
personnel to focus on mission-critical tasks;
    d. Delegating decision making and signature authority for many
routine tasks to the Command Center Chief; and
    e. Incorporating previously published ALCOAST changes related
to standardized currency program and fatigue standards,
ensuring consistency across all guidance.
