1. This message announces a re-solicitation for the 2024 Annual
Human Resource Management (HRM) Awards. The nomination deadline has
now been extended to 04 April 2025. Please see REF (A) for specific
details on nomination procedures.
2. For more information about this nomination, please seek guidance
in REF (B). All nominations must be approved through the member's
unit chain-of-command and be submitted NLT 04 APR 2025 at 1700 EST.
Nominations must be submitted electronically by email to
COMDT-DCMS-DPR-21-HRM-Awards@uscg.mil. I encourage all supervisors
to nominate your deserving HRM professionals for the following
categories:
    a. Active Duty Officers (Commissioned Officer/Chief Warrant
Officer),
    b. Civilian Employees (General Schedule/Federal Wage Schedule),
    c. Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employees,
    d. Active Duty Enlisted Personnel,
    e. Reserve Personnel (Officer/Enlisted),
    f. Teams consisting of 4 to 20 personnel, Headquarters and Pay
Personnel Center (PPC), and
    g. Teams consisting of 4 to 20 personnel, from units not included
in Block 2.f.
