1. By order of the Commandant, and IAW REF (A), the National Ensign
shall be flown at half-mast on all Coast Guard buildings, grounds,
and vessels not underway from sunrise until sunset on February 14,
2025, in honor of RADM Wojnar.
2. As announced in REF (B), Rear Admiral Theodore "Ted" Wojnar, USCG
(retired) passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024, in Virginia Beach,
Virginia, at the age of 93. There will be a memorial mass
celebrating RADM Wojnar's life at 1100 on Friday February 14, 2025,
at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, VA.
