AS COMMANDS

1. In accordance with REF (A), FORCECOM formally established:
    a. ATO Portsmouth on 30 Sep 2024 when LCDR Sarah Shveda assumed
command.
    b. ATO San Diego on 25 Oct 2024 when CDR Gary Kim assumed
command.
    c. ATO Mayport on 13 Nov 2024 when LCDR David Allen assumed
command.
    d. ATO Everett on 07 Jan 2025 when LCDR Sasha LaRiviere assumed
command.
2. The establishment of these commands converts Operating Location
(OL) Supervisors into new junior command opportunities for the
FORCECOM enterprise. Each ATO will continue to conduct Fleet
Readiness and Training assessments to support fleet operational
partners.
3. Command relationships and organizational changes are outlined
in REF (B).
4. RDML J. K. Randall, Commander, Force Readiness Command (FC-C),
sends.
5. Internet release is authorized.
